1. In-store Payment
Customers can make payments at RAGTAG branches in Thailand using the following methods:
Credit Card
• Supports Visa and MasterCard
• Full payment (installment conditions depend on the customer's card-issuing bank)
PromptPay
• Pay by scanning a QR Code via supported banking applications (mobile banking)
• Convenient, fast, and popular in Thailand
Alipay
• Suitable for customers from China or Alipay account holders
• Instantly pay by scanning a QR Code
WeChat Pay
• Another popular payment method among Chinese customers
• Use via the WeChat (微信) application and scan the QR Code
2. Online Payment
Via 2C2P service provider
When placing an order through the RAGTAG website in Thailand, the system will connect to the 2C2P payment gateway, which supports a variety of options as follows:
Credit / Debit Card
• Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay (both domestic and international)
• Some banks may support installment payments or other payment methods, depending on the card issuer's terms and conditions
Internet Banking
• Supports leading banks in Thailand such as Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn Bank, SCB, Krungthai Bank, and others
• Customers log in and make real-time payments through the bank's system
Mobile Banking / e-Wallet
• TrueMoney Wallet, Rabbit LINE Pay, ShopeePay (depending on 2C2P's connection at the time)
• Make instant payments through the application the customer is using
PromptPay
• Conveniently pay online by scanning a QR Code for quick payment
Convenience Store Payment
• May support payment via 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, or other convenience stores (depending on the period 2C2P provides the service)
• Normally, a barcode or payment code will be issued for customers to pay at the counter. Please check the details and any applicable fees on the payment page
Note / Important Information
• Actual payment methods may vary depending on the period or the conditions of the 2C2P system and our store. Please check the options shown on the payment page before confirming your order
• Any payment charges or fees (if any) will be displayed during the order confirmation step. Customers should review carefully before proceeding
• If you experience payment issues, such as the QR Code not appearing or incorrect payment amounts, please contact customer service or notify staff at the store immediately
• Payment channels between in-store and online may differ. Please choose the option that is most convenient for you
