A1: RAGTAG is a second-hand (reuse) brand store from Japan, specializing in selecting designer fashion from high-end brands, including clothing, bags, shoes, and various accessories. All items undergo thorough quality and authenticity checks. We have main branches in Japan, as well as physical and online stores in Thailand, making it convenient for customers to easily shop for quality products.
A2: Yes, currently RAGTAG has physical stores in Thailand. You can find the location details and branch information on the “List of Branches in Thailand” page on our website. If there are any changes or new branch openings, we will update you via our website or social media.
A3: All of our second-hand products are strictly inspected by our team of experts, both in terms of condition and authenticity guarantee. If any product has defects or marks, we will specify the details and clearly show the images both online and in-store. If you have any questions about the product condition, you can contact us for inquiries beforehand.
A4: Since we use the same stock for both physical stores and online, there may be cases where the in-store product sells out before the online system updates the status. If this happens, we will need to cancel your online order, and if payment has been made, we will process a refund promptly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
A5: Since these are second-hand items, each piece is unique. Returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as size not fitting or color not matching expectations) are not possible. However, if the item is damaged or has a serious issue that does not match the described information, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt (or purchase in-store) so that we can inspect and process a refund as appropriate. Please note that exchanges for other items are not available.
A6: Yes, you can place orders together. However, please note that products from Japan may take longer to ship (including possible international shipping fees), and the items may be shipped separately or arrive at different times depending on customs procedures and shipping services. Please check the shipping rates or delivery schedule on the order page, or refer to the "Shipping Policy" for a clear understanding.
A7:
• For products from the Thailand warehouse: We will process shipments within 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed, and it generally takes an additional 1–3 days for delivery within Thailand.
• For products from the Japan warehouse: Delivery may take about 5–10 days (or longer) depending on international shipping procedures and customs clearance. Please allow extra time during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
A8: Currently, we do not offer a Sell (Buy-back) service in Thailand. However, we are considering expanding this service in the future. If such a service becomes available, we will announce it through our main website or our social media channels.
A9: If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you can contact customer service (info@ragtagthailand.com) to request a modification or cancellation. However, if the shipping process has already started, cancellation or changes will not be possible. Please kindly check all details carefully before confirming your order.
A10: If you find that the product is damaged or does not match the description, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product (or after payment at the store) by sending details along with photos of the issue to info@ragtagthailand.com. We will review and proceed accordingly, such as issuing a refund or making appropriate corrections. However, as these are second-hand products, we do not offer exchanges for other items.
